Power Management Corporation is a full-services consulting engineering firm established in 1993. We offer HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection design and construction administration services as well as Commissioning Services and LEED Documentation Services. 

With offices in Nashville, TN, and Apalachicola, FL, Power Management Corporation has 19 full time employees consisting of ten Professional Engineers, six Designers, one BIM Integration & Sustainability Manager, one Business Manager, and one Office Administrator.  Of those, three are Certified Commissioning Agents (CxA) and seven are LEED Accredited Professionals.  Our Professional Engineers have an average of over 21 years of experience.

Power Management Corporation endeavors to stay on the cutting edge of sustainable design and building information modeling. We have participated in over 20 LEED projects, including 8 LEED certified projects in the middle Tennessee area.  Since 2007, we have been regularly producing MEP designs using Building Information Modeling (BIM - Autodesk Revit platform).

May 4, 2012 - McCabe Park Community Center wins an Excellence in Development Award from the Urban Land Institute.

April 24, 2012 -
The Offices of Al Gore received LEED Platinum status. At 95 points, it is the highest point total of any LEED CI project in the country.
